POLICIES & Other Information

• We normally have a two or three night minimum. $20 additional charge for one night MAY apply (inquire.) 

• Rates are based on two people per one BR cottage and suite, and four people per 2 BR cottage. 

• A 10% discount applies to stays of five nights or more, excluding holidays and special events. 

• Maximum 4 people in the two-bedroom cottage.

• Maximum 2 people in the one-bedroom cottages and suites.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Check-In: 3:00 p.m. and after. Please, no early arrivals. 

• Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. 

• A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Final payment upon arrival may be made by cash, personal check (if check numbers are above 1250), travelers' check or money order is preferred, but Visa, Master Card and Discover are acceptable. 

• Balance is due upon check-in.

• All cottages are for adults only and children 16 and older.

• No smoking inside cottages or suites

• No pets

• Free Satellite TV with over 100 channels. Free broadband wireless internet in the office area.

• If you smoke inside the cottages or suites, or bring in pets or over night un-registered guests, you will be billed $250 and/or asked to leave with no money refunded.

Cancellation & Re-scheduling Policy: Your deposit will be refunded less $20 booking fee if you cancel or re-schedule at least 15 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel or re-schedule with less than 15 days notice, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent all your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with any remainder refunded to you. However, you may re-schedule due to impassable road conditions without loss of deposit on a space available basis with no reservations sooner than three days prior to weekdays or 1 day prior to weekends. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number to confirm your cancellation, subject to the above policy. No refunds for early departure unless we can re-rent your remaining days.

ALL cottages are luxurious glass front cottages nestled in the woods overlooking mountainous Beaver Lake. ALL cottages and suites have beautiful lake views. Snuggle up to cozy fireplaces. Relax in romantic jacuzzis for two with windows overlooking the woods from the Jacuzzi. Doze off to sleep in Select Comfort Sleep Number King Beds (with his/her separate adjustability) while gazing at the stars and tree tops through the glass roof gables. Listen to rain patter on the metal roof. Enjoy the spacious decks with BBQ grills, complete kitchens, nature trails with gorgeous rock bluffs and creek beds leading to the lake shore, and wonderful wooded seclusion. All cottages have Central Air and Heat, glass and marble showers, free wireless broadband internet in the office area, Satellite TV, CD/DVD/VCR & free video library for all cottages and suites.

Our housekeeping cottages are extremely well equipped.
We provide all towels, linens, dishes, pots, pans, Pam, salt, pepper, sugar, sugar substitute, coffee, non-dairy creamer, tea, hot chocolate, paper towels & napkins, full size kitchen appliances including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, propane BBQ grill, candles & bubble bath for the jacuzzi room, Satellite TV, CD/DVD/VCR & free video library, firewood & firewood starter (fireplaces closed May 15-Sep 30 or first frost), and phone in-room for outgoing calls only. For your first night, we also provide beverages (your choice of wine or sparkling juice) and snacks and for your first morning a continental breakfast of juice, pastries & coffee.

In addition to our Jacuzzi cottages, we also offer Jacuzzi suites. 
Our Jacuzzi suites (like our cottages) have fabulous lake views and are guest bedrooms separated from the office and innkeepers quarters by a foyer, and have their own private outside entrances, private baths with Jacuzzis for two, private decks, Select Comfort Sleep Number King Bed (with his/her individual adjustability), fireplace, free Satellite TV with DVD/VCR/CD player, but no kitchens. The Suites are provided with coffee, juice and pastries daily, a dorm-size refrigerator but are not designed for preparing meals. Maximum two people.
